Chuck and Karyl Bonjou

Look who’s celebrating 40 years of wedding bliss.Chuck and Karyl Bonjour were married June 19, 1982, at the United Methodist Church in Dows.

Chuck is retired as an elementary principal and has filled up his free time with woodworking, restoring antique furniture pieces, being a craftsman, and his favorite title, a professional grandpa to their five grandkids.

Karyl continues to work as the city clerk for Webster City and recently earned the title and position as the president of IMFOA. She too is quite the grandparent.

Together they enjoy attending their grandchildren’s activities and spending time with family and friends. They find joy in touring the Midwest looking for a tasty new beverage to put behind Chuck’s bar or an unclaimed Snoopy item to add to Karyl’s ever growing Snoopy collection.
