MARY LOU AND VIRGIL GORDON

Virgil and Mary Lou Gordon, of Webster City, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Sept. 10 with a card shower in their honor.

The Gordons were married Sept.10, 1950 at the Church of Christ in Webster City. The couple’s children are Calvin and Nancy Poppe of Nashua, Erv and Barbara Mussman of Marion, and Peggy Owens of Webster City. The have eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
