Norma and Duane Engelby

STANHOPE — Duane and Norma Engelby, of rural Stanhope, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Wednesday.

The couple was married at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Stanhope. Their family includes Gail and Amy Vaubel, of Beavercreek, Ohio; Brian and Nancy Holt, of Stratford; and Sally Evans, of Stanhope. They have six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

They were married May 22, 1949.
