Kenneth W. Miller is turning 90. There will be a birthday celebration for him on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 from 1 to 4 p.m. His children and grandchildren will be the hosts.

The celebration will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 1005 Beach St., Webster City, Iowa. Friends and family are encouraged to come by and help celebrate this milestone. No gifts, please.
