Webster City’s Alley Odland added a nice mark on her resume, as the senior was named to the all-North Central Conference first-team.

Odland was one of four Lynx players named, as Reese Casey and Joslin Gourley were placed on the second squad. Livia Kasch made the third team.

Webster City placed in a tie with Algona and Clear Lake for third in the NCC behind Clarion-Goldfield/Dows and Humboldt.

Livvy Becker of Humboldt, Lexie Lane from Clarion-Goldfield/Dows, A’Lailah Perry of Algona and Xada Johnson from Clear Lake were all unanimous choices, while Humboldt’s Jennika Beach and Addison Thompson, along with Clarissa Hasty of Clarion-Goldfield/Dows joined Odland on the first-team.

Odland finished the year with 488 digs, 39 assists, 42 serving aces and served at 95 percent. She led the league in digs (129) and serve efficiency (97 percent) in conference-only games, and was fourth in aces with 17.

Casey led the NCC in blocks with 23 and kill efficiency at .346, and was fifth in kills with 57. The senior led WCHS with 214 kills overall and 74 total blocks with 24 aces while missing just 12 of 316 serve attempts.

Gourley, a senior, was fifth in assists with 109 and tallied 415 on the year with 117 kills, 26 total blocks, 25 assists and 41 aces. She served at just under 93 percent on the season.
