Lions sweep WCHS boys for second time this season

CLEAR LAKE — Not much changed during the 11 days between dual meets, as the Clear Lake boys’ tennis team swept Webster City, 9-0, for the second time in the last two weeks Friday afternoon.

The Lions (4-2) reeled off three 10-0 victories in singles and one more in doubles.

WCHS (0-6) was led by Evan Estlund, who pushed Clear Lake’s Noah Mason to a 10-4 decision in the No. 4 singles match. Heath Patterson claimed two games in the No. 3 bout for the Lynx.
