To the Editor:

HERO, Help Entertain and Restore Organization, would like to thank the very generous citizens of Hamilton County who donated gifts and monetary donations to this year’s project. We are happy to report that we were all able to help 104 families/272 children to have a merrier Christmas this year.

We would also like to thank ABATE for their donation of many, many toys, and the Stratford Elementary School students for the 100 games and toys that they donated. We couldn’t have done it without the help of the Webster City Fire Department, Andy Sowle, Jeremey Estlund and Brandon Hayes; and RAH members Janet Loughry and Greg & Cathy Olson; as well as Michael Ross, Lori Kloberdanz, Sara Abens and Deb Jaycox.

Our hearts are full. Thanks again Hamilton County for keeping our faith in our fellow man, woman and child.
