To the Editor:

A summer event that has become a tradition in Webster City is the Ice Cream Social sponsored by Faith United Methodist Church and First Congregational United Church of Christ. This year it will be held Wednesday, June 15 in the dining hall of Faith UMC from 6 to 8 p.m.

Featured on the menu will be homemade ice cream and toppings, bars and beverages for a free will offering. The proceeds will go to the Ecumenical Human Needs and the U.D.M.O Food Pantry.

Special entertainment will be provided by the Webster City Community Theatre featuring selections from their upcoming play, “Fiddler on the Roof” beginning at 7 p.m.

Join your neighbors and friends for a fun filled evening on June 15 at Faith UMC at 2020 Superior St in Webster City.
