Nyanh Nouanpong, 63 of Webster City died Feb. 13, 2020. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 21st from 4 to 6 p.m. at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
