FRANCIS MARIE ANFINSON

Francis Marie Anfinson, 101, of Webster City, died on, Friday, September 27, 2019 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. The family has chosen Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com) to care for their needs.

Francis was born on May 12, 1918 in Ellsworth, Iowa to Edward and Mary (Olive Jones) Brock. She graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1939. She Married LaVerne Joseph Anfinson on July 19, 1948 at the Little Brown Church, Nashua, Iowa. Over the years Francis worked at the Turkey plant, mink plant and Franklins. She belonged to the Senior Citizens group, Congregate meals and Union VAW. Francis had attended Faith United Methodist Church in Webster City. Francis enjoyed gardening.

Her family includes: two daughters: Wanda (Robert) Orton of Emporia, Kansas, and Donna (Robert) Roam of Everett, Washington; three grandchildren: Lindsay Ashurst, Amber Rea and Julie Roam; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; grandchild Chris Roam; brothers: Roger, Victor and Richard Brock; and sister Edna Heng.
