Police report 5/23

On April 22, Jay D. Wynkoop, of Webster City, was charged with simple assault.

On May 11, Andrew D. Weir, of Jewell, was charged with first degree robbery. He allegedly used a handgun to steal $537 and four packs of cigarettes from a Webster City Kum and Go store.

On May 15, Catherine M. Clifton, of Webster City, was charged with driving while license revoked.

On May 16, Bradley McDonald, of Webster City, was charged with operating while intoxicated. The Webster City Police Department received a call of about three people running from the scene of an accident on Beach Street and Bank Street. The vehicle allegedly stopped at a stop sign, accelerated and spun around, slamming the right rear wheel of the vehicle into the curb and breaking it off. McDonald, the driver, was given an alcohol breath test on scene. There was an estimated $3,000 worth of damages done to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On May 16, Jesse J. Farhat, of Webster City, was charged with fifth degree theft. He allegedly stole a bottle of Svedka vodka, valued at $16.99, and a pack of Marlboro menthol cigarettes, valued at $4.86, from the Kum and Go store on Second Street in Webster City.

On May 16, Neal A. Luhmann and Rhonda M. Seil, both of Webster City, were charged with aggravated assault and assault on a peace officer.

On May 17, David R. Rodriquez, of Webster City, was charged with domestic aggravated assault.
