On Jan. 22, Sarah E. Pate, of Badger, was charged with third degree theft. She allegedly stole a 2012 Toyota Camry ignition key, valued at $354.85, a North Face jacket, valued at $160, and work and house keys, both valued at $5.

On Jan. 28, Ian C. Savitski, of Webster City, was charged with domestic serious assault.

On Jan. 20, Kadarius C. Player, of West Des Moines, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. In connection with those charges, four others were charged. Sandy Khaleck, of Webster City was charged with simple assault. Khid Bunpan was charged with going armed with intent, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Rick Vangkham, of Webster City, was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Manyuone P. Bunpan, of Webster City, was charged with disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 22, David R. Holmes, of Webster City, was charged with domestic simple assault.

On Jan. 20, Reginald L. Stuhldryer Sr. and Connie J. Stuhldryer, of Boone, were charged with disorderly conduct. In connection with those charges, Wesley S. Erickson, of Fort Dodge, was charged with disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 5, Cynthia D. Hood, of Webster City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, open container and a registration violation. On Jan. 19, she was also charged with littering.

On Jan. 19, Magan A. Coons, of Webster City, was charged with driving while license suspended.

On Jan. 17, Craig A. Bernard, of Webster City, was charged with domestic simple assault.

On Jan. 6, Tanner D. Moen, of Webster City, was charged with public intoxication.

On Jan. 4, Nicholas W. Janvrin, of Webster City, was charged with public intoxication. He was also charged on Jan. 11 with serious assault.

On Nov. 16, 2012, Martin J. Duffy Jr., of Webster City, was charged with a school bus violation.
