The Hamilton County Board of Supervisors will meet this morning at the Hamilton County Courthouse, 2300 Superior Street, Webster City.

This meeting begins at 9 a.m.

On the agenda is resolution 2025-43 approving policy for just compensation for the acquisition of land for the Hamilton County — Williams Bridge Overpass Project and approving just compensation for the necessary property interests.

This will be followed by a public hearing on final site selection and acquisition of agricultural property interests for the Hamilton County — Williams Bridge Overpass Project No. HDP-8425(601)–6B-40.

This will be followed by resolution 2025-44 authorizing acquisition of land through use of eminent domain.

The supervisors will also hear a report from the Hamilton County Clerk of Court and will appoint Veteran Affairs Commissioners.
