The Van Diest Medical Center Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday night at 7 p.m.

The agenda calls for the board to approve capital requests and to approve Foundation requests. The review and approval of the annual report are also on the agenda for Tuesday.

In addition, the trustees will head an update from Chief Executive Officer Lisa Ridge and a report of general announcements and community events by Lori Foster, public relations director. Reports will also be presented by Amy Porter, human resources director, Amy McDonough, chief nursing officer, Alice Heinrichs, chief financial officer, and Dr. Nikki Ehn, chief of medical staff. Same Ayres of MercyOne will also have an update.

The board will go into closed session at the close of the business meeting, followed by a roundtable discussion.

According to Ridge, in January, the board will be changing its meeting times. The trustees will meet at 6 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The board currently meets at 7 p.m.
