The new shelter at West Twin Park was rockin’ and rollin’ Tuesday night with music and a light show presented by Jared Wingert and MoJo Productions.

West Twin Rocks was organized by Legacy Learning Boone River Valley along with the residents of Elm Street House. Special guests for the evening were members of Friends Forever, Wilson House, Windsor Manor, Crestview and Southfield nursing homes, Webster City Schools’ special education classes and special needs residents of Webster City.

Some of the participants took to the dance floor while others just enjoyed the cool fall evening, visiting with friends.

The evening also featured Sweet Treats Ice Cream from Jewell and La Bomba food truck. Throughout the park, there were interactive arts projects to make.

The evening was made possible through a grant from Arts Midwest.
