The City Council of Webster City will meet in a special session Thursday at 6 p.m.

The public can join the meeting by logging onto the Zoom platform using the meeting ID 857 8009 5788.

The only item on the agenda is a resolution setting the date for a public hearing on the proposal to enter into a General Obligation Corporate Purpose Loan Agreement and to borrow money in a principal amount not to exceed $700,000. The council is expected to set March 15 at 6:30 p.m. for the public hearing.

A work session on the issue of police dispatching which was originally on the agenda for the special meeting was canceled.
