Congressman Steve King, R-Kiron

U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Kiron, representing the 4th Congressional District, will hold three town hall meetings in central Iowa next week, including a stop in Hamilton County.

The Hamilton County town hall will be held Monday, April 15 at the Stanhope Community Center, 600 Main St. , Stanhope. The meeting is scheduled to take place from 2 to 3 p.m. The event is open to the public.

The congressman will also hold town hall meetings in Harden County on April 15 and Pocahontas County on April 17.

King has pledged to hold 39 town hall meetings this year — one for each county in his district.
