FD men charged in Yes Way robbery
Two Fort Dodge men have been charged in connection with the April 5 robbery of the a Webster City convenience store.
Webster City Police Chief Shiloh Mork said Lucas William Osborne, 29, and Michael J. Graves, 25, both of Fort Dodge were charged with robbery in the second degree for their involvement in robbery of Yes Way located at 1102 Second St. Mork said the charges follow an in depth investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies throughout north central Iowa.
Robbery in the Second Degree is a Class C Felony punishable by a prison term of up to ten years and a fine of no less than $1,000 and no more than $10,000.
The investigation into the Webster City robbery is ongoing and additional charges are anticipated.
