Holiday fun week continues at Fuller Hall

Holiday fun week activities are continuing Thursday at Fuller Hall. The week of competitions and tournaments offers area youths something to do over the week-long winter break from school.

Tuesday brought the annual ping pong tournament with eight youths taking part. The winners in the various divisions were:

• Elementary — Lucas Messerly, first place

• Middle school grades 5 and 6 — Cole Miller, first place; Cameron Stueland, second place, Landon Griffin, third place and Blake Slagle, fourth place;

• Middle school grades 7 and 8 — Tucker Clabaugh, first place, Connor Slagle, second place;

• High school division — Jonathan Frederikson, first place.

On Wednesday, 17 youths took part in the annual pool tournament. The results are as follows:

• Elementary — Lucas Messerly, first place

• Middle school grades 5 and 6 — Cole Miller, first place; Cameron Stueland, second place; Lucas Messerly, third place;

• Middle school grades 7 and 8 — Tucker Clabaugh, first place, Austin Jones, second place; Tyler Gramblin, third place;

• High school division — Gavin Millard, first place, Brenden Reynolds, second place, Blake Millard, third place.

Thursday will bring the Free Throw Basketball Contest at the Fuller Hall gym and a Spot Shot tourney will be held on Friday. The competitions begin at 1:30 p.m. and those wishing to participate can register before the contests begin. There is no charge to attend.
