The Hamilton County Peace Officers Association and Webster City Hy-Vee will be holding their second annual Pack the Paddy-Wagon food drive and cook-out to benefit the Hamilton County Special Olympics.

The event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Webster City Hy-Vee. Webster City Custom Meats will be donating a variety of brats for the cook-out. Hy-Vee will be donating hamburgers, buns, condiments and chips. The price of the meal is a free-will donation.

The organization will be accepting donated food nonperishable items. All items will be donated to local churches and the Webster City Community Food Pantry. Proceeds from the cook-out will go directly to Special Olympics Iowa.
