BLAIRSBURG –The Northeast Hamilton school board will meet to consider a resolution to study reorganization on Thursday, June 1 at 4:30 p.m. in the elementary Media Center.

Last week, the board learned that due to declining enrollment, the district would be facing a budget deficit by Fiscal Year 2020.

On Thursday’s agenda, the board will study reorganization, consider adopting a resolution jointly with Webster City Community School District and to study the question of undergoing reorganization which would occur on or before July 1, 2019.

Additional agenda items include the NEH Education Association salary schedule proposal and resignations.

The meeting is open to the public.
