Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation Agent Ray Feidler goes through a mock witness interview process Thursday night with Katie Fischels. Feidler was joined by Agent Scot Ely for the first segment of the fourth session of the Hamilton County Peace Officers Association’s Citizens Academy. Webster County Sheriff’s Deputy Luke Fleener and Amanda Buenting spoke during the second segment about the impact of the loss of Fleener’s partner and Buenting’s late husband, Jamie.
