Change of venue for Town Hall meeting

Bacon, Behn gathering moved to Webster City Middle School

Rep. Rob Bacon, R-Slater, House District 48, and Sen. Jerry Behn, R-Boone, District 24 will be in Webster City, March 18 from 10 to 11 a.m.

Originally scheduled for City Hall, the meeting has been moved to Webster City Middle School, according to organizers.

The meeting is open to the public and hosted by the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Behn, Senate President Pro Tempore, sits on the following committees: Ethics (Chair), Ways and Means (Vice Chair), Education, Natural Resources, Rules and Administration, Legislative Council.

Bacon sits on the following state committees: Natural Resources (Chair), Human Resources, State Government, Transportation, Ag and Department of Natural Resources Budget. He has been an Iowan since 1975 when he moved here to attend college.
