Snow emergency declared

Due to the weather conditions, a snow emergency has been issued for Wednesday, Jan. 25 in Webster City.

Officials with the Webster City Police Department said all vehicles must be removed from the city streets by 8 a.m. Vehicles must remain off the streets until both sides of the street have been cleared of snow.
