Entries are now being accepted for the 2016 Hamilton County Fair Queen Contest.

Girls who reside in Hamilton County or who reside in a county adjoining Hamilton County but the majority of activities are in Hamilton County, are eligible.

Contestants must be 16 years of age and not more than 21 years of age on the first day of the Iowa State Fair.

Judging will take place on July 16 and the coronation will be held the evening of July 20. The contest is limited to the first 16 entries.
