Kids on the Move begins

Local youths in grades 3-6 can participate in the Kids on the Move program at Fuller Hall starting Tuesday afternoon. The program will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Fuller Hall.

“It’s just a way to get out of the house and start playing and exercising and to meet friends and have fun,” said Mark Glascock, Fuller Hall Recreation Technician.

Kids will get to participate in different games and activities including dodgeball, kickball, volleyball, flag football, soccer, crab ball, capture the pin, swimming, volleyball, and relays.

“It’s a good way to kick off the spring and get active. We’ll do a different activity each time and the kids are gonna have fun,” said Glascock.

Also assisting with the program is Jordan Moen.

The program will run through April 14. Cost to participate in the program is $28.00 for residents and $32.00 for non-residents. Those who wish to participate can go to Fuller Hall to register.
