Town & Country Insurance has been named a Platinum Partner by United Fire Group (UFG), recognizing the agency as one of the highest-performing UFG agencies in the country.

United Fire Group sees the value of investing in and recognizing their strongest agency partners. This past year, UFG implemented a new agency tiering program based on specific metrics, and Town & Country Insurance scored big.

United Fire’s “scorecard” incorporates a unique set of metrics that agencies are evaluated against: written premium, loss ratio, new business premium, premium growth, policy retention, premium retention and claims frequency.
