Pagel, Berglund exchange vows

Danielle Marie Pagel, daughter of Jeff and Angie Pagel of Webster City, and Devan Thomas Berglund, son of John and Lisa Berglund of Webster City, were married Aug. 15, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Mike Kroona officiated the ceremony

Julie Tharp was organist and?Tyler Abens played guitar. Cathy Oswald was the soloist. Musical selections included “All of Me,”?”You Are Mine,”?”You Are My King” and “A?Thousand Years.”

The bride wore an ivory A-line gown with sweetheart neckline and extended lace train. She carried a bouquet featuring garden roses, Queen Anne’s lace, seeded eucalyptus, hydrangea and bear grass. The bouquet was arranged by Ellen Claypool, friend of the bride.

Flowers at the guest book were in member of the bride’s grandfather, Terry Hansen, the groom’s aunt Jenny Ihle and grandparents Norm and Linda Ihle.

Lisa Niess of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Steensen, Guthrie Center, Mallory Kjar, Bondurant, Monica Trujillo, Webster City and Alyssa Carlberg, Stratford. The attendants wore plum, one-shoulder chiffon dresses.

Kinley and Gracelynn Orton of Webster City, were the flowergirls. Gage Carlberg of Stratford, was the ring bearer.

Neil Molitor of Goldfield was the best man. Groomsmen were Nic Molitor, Eagle Grove, Cameron Hunt, Cedar Rapids, Lance Pagel, Webster City and Jason Carlberg, Stratford. Jim Cherry of Eagle Grove and Nate Watne, Ankeny, were the ushers.

Grandparents attending were Phyllis Hansen, Jean and Kenny Youngdale, Steve and Valerie Pagel, Howard and Carolyn Berglund.

The reception, held at the Hamilton County Show Arena, featured vintage and antique decorations. Hosts were Amy and Doug McCollough, aunt and uncle of the bride, and Paula Peterson and Rick Ihle, aunt and uncle of the groom.

The couple took a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas.

The bride graduated from the University of Iowa in 2011 and is currently a graduate student at the University of Iowa. She works as a nurse at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

The groom is a 2010 graduate of Iowa Central Community College and is employed at Gerber Auto Care.

The rehearsal dinner was held at the Hamilton County Show Arena, hosted by John and Lisa Berglund.
