Kelsey Elizabeth Klaver of Webster City and Nathan David Hall of Pomeroy announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Kelsey is the daughter of Kristi and Dennis Bahr of Webster City and Jerry and Patrice Klaver of Kamrar. She graduated from Northeast Hamilton High School and Iowa State University with a BA in Advertising. She is currently employed by First Community Bank in Pomeroy.

Nathan is the son of Judy and Scott Essing of Pomeroy and David and Sherry Hall of Williams. He graduated from Pomeroy-Palmer High School and attended Iowa State University for Agronomy. He is currently a self-employed farmer in Pomeroy.

A Feb. 22 wedding is planned at the St. John Lutheran Church in Pomeroy.
