John and Deb Tolle of Webster City and Mark and Joni Spies of Hawkeye are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Josh Tolle and Heather Anderson.

Heather graduated from North Fayette High School in 2008 and from Iowa State University in 2012. She is currently employed Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Clive.

Josh is a 2004 graduate of Webster City High School and a 2009 graduate of University of Northern Iowa. He is currently employed at Nationwide Insurance in Des Moines.

The couple will exchange vows on September 7, 2013 in Des Moines.
