Yoga class offered at Fuller Hall

Yoga classes will be offered by the Webster City Recreation and Public Grounds Department at Fuller Hall.

There will be two sessions Wednesday afternoon, one at 4 p.m. and the other at 5:15 p.m. The classes are designed fro persons of all ages. The eight-week session will begin on Nov. 4 and last until Dec. 23. Classes will be $38 for residents and $44 for non-residents. All those interested need to pre-register to reserve a place in this class.

This yoga class is designed to completely stretch to maximize physical and mental energy, increase flexibility, improve body shape and enhance relaxation.

Mary-Louise Burt will be the instructor. She has more than 30 years experience and has studies yoga in California, Texas, Minnesota and Iowa. In addition to teaching class at Fuller Hall., she has been an adjunct professor at NIACC?Community College and Ellsworth Community College, and has also taught in Clarion, Belmond, Hampton, Iowa Falls and Alden.

Burt is recognized by Yoga Alliance as being qualified to teach students and instructors.
