There are still a few spots open in the Hamilton County Fair Queen competition, according to organizers.

Girls who reside in Hamilton County or who reside in adjoining counties but have the majority of her activities are in Hamilton County are eligible. Contestants must be 16 years of age and older than 21 on the first day of the Iowa State Fair, Aug. 13. Judging is July 18, with coronation on July 22.
