Lynx, Hawks compete at R-S Invite

STORY CITY — Short-handed, the ninth-ranked (Class 2A) South Hamilton boys’ cross country team fell back in the pack and allowed Webster City to jump in front at yesterday’s Roland-Story Invitational.

Hawks’ freshman Ty Skartvedt was unable to finish the race due to illness at River Bend Golf Course, and his absence packed on the points.
