When the clock struck midnight and ushered in the New Year, were you one of many making a New Year's Resolution or two? Don't abandon it by the end of the month; stop by the library and pick up a book or two to help make that resolution a permanent change! These common resolutions are covered by books and more at the library

Weight Loss: This section of the library offers options with something for everyone. Here are a few of the most popular.

Mayo Clinic Healthy Weight for Everybody.-The first diet book endorsed by the prestigious Mayo Clinic, it provides a good balanced approach to losing weight through healthy lifestyle changes.

With recipes, menus, guides for meal-playing, and exercise strategies to tailor your weight-loss plan to your own needs.
