Webster City will usher in the holidays this weekend as Winter Wonderland begins with the Festival of Trees at The Bridge on Saturday and Sunday.
Sponsored by All Cultures Equal, the event will feature dozens of decorated Christmas trees and tablescapes, created by local organizations and businesses.
Visitors will have an opportunity to taste a bowl of the award-winning RVTV chili and have a cinnamon roll. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for a chance to win prizes such as an iPad.
Local arts and crafts will also be available.
The event is open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost for admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students.
All proceeds will go toward support the of All Cultures Equal programs.

Local residents are invited to drop off good usable clothing, boots, shoes, coats, gloves, hats, toys, school clothes, baby items, men's and women's work clothing, sheets, towels, blankets, travel size soaps and shampoos, and school supplies.
They also accept any new items that could be wrapped as Christmas gifts.
Items can also be dropped off at the Webster City campus, by the garages on Nov. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon. The nursing students will be there to accept them. Other drop off times are every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m.(except Thanksgiving week) up to Dec. 7. Drop off sites at the Fort Dodge campus are the Rec Center; AST Building; the Administration building; The hallway by the Help Desk.
