Four days until Summer Nights

Final downtown event is Friday

The third and final Summer Nights event in downtown Webster City, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Friday.

Live music will once again be featured during the event. Peter Odegaard and friends will sing from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Michael McBride, MMA fighter will be signing autographs and giving demonstrations from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Steve Mourlam, Webster City Federal Savings Bank president, grills burgers outside of Fuller Hall for the first Summer Nights event on June 14, which was held indoors due to rain.

A movie, "Here Comes the Boom," will be shown at the First American Bank plaza after dark.

Many vendors and retailers will be on hand again as well. Farmers market items, massages, pioneer photo shoots, face painting, air brushed tattoos, and more will be available.
