The Webster City Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the application for a new building/zoning permit. The hearing will be held in the City Council chambers, Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
The permit would allow for the construction of an addition with a one-foot side yard setback along a public street and a zero foot read yard setback in a commercial business - C-3 - district. City officials said that is in violation of Chapter 123, Section 123.06 of the Code of Ordinances for Webster City.
The property in question is located in the Park Addition, lot 10, block 8 and 1/2 alley adjacent, and Park Addition, lot 11. block 8 and east 1/2 alley adjacent, and Park Addition, lot 12, block 8 and east 1/2 alley adjacent. It is addressed as 713 Park Ave., Webster City.
