Multiple fire departments responded to a fire call on Tuesday on 190th Street, northwest of Webster City.

A report of a structure fire at Jeff Anderson Seeds was sent out at about 2:30 p.m., according to Woolstock Fire Chief Ethan Anderson. The Woolstock Fire Department, along with the departments of Webster City, Duncombe and Vincent responded to the fire call.

The fire appeared to have started in a shack located next to a couple warehouse buildings that stored large farming equipment. Anderson said the cause of the fire has yet to be determined. No one was injured in the fire. The scene was cleared at about 5 p.m. after firefighters worked in the hot weather for hours - with record-setting temperatures soaring into the upper 90s - to contain the blaze.
