With the anticipated snow storm expected to arrive Wednesday evening, the City of Webster City has declared a snow ordinance in Webster City to go into effect Thursday at 6 a.m. That means that vehicles need to be off the streets by 8 a.m. Thursday so street crews can clear snow.
