Mr. and Mrs. Tom and Jean Nicklasson of Webster City, IA are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Jayme M. Nicklasson to Kiel D. Neumann, Ph.D., son of Darin and Linda Schneider of O'Neill, NE, and Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Patti Neumann of Beaver Lake, NE. The wedding was held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Omaha on Saturday, September 8, 2012. The reception followed at the same location.
Matron of Honor was Lea Ahrens of Ames, IA, sister of the bride. Best Man was Ray Martinez of Denver, CO, friend to the groom. Bridesmaids were friends of the bride and included Shannon Bryan of Story City, IA and Michelle Mann-Caston of Burlington, IA; along with cousins of the bride, Brittany and Alexa Blase of Grand Island, NE. Groomsmen were friends of the groom and included Adam Koenig of Davie, FL; Mark Matulka of Omaha, NE; Matt Willis of Bellevue, NE; and Joe Graskemper of Providence, RI. Flower girl was cousin of the groom, Addie Ziska of Omaha, NE. Ring bearer was nephew of the bride, Mavryk Ahrens of Ames, IA. Ushers included the groom's brothers, Ryan and Marcus Schneider of O'Neill, NE. Brother-in-law of the bride, Luke Ahrens of Ames, IA and cousin of the bride, Andy Struchen of Iowa City, IA also served as ushers. Music was performed by brother to the groom, Chase Neumann of Lincoln, NE, accompanied by friend, Ellen Chamley. Sister of the groom, Heather Montgomery, served as a reader. Personal attendants to the bride included friends of the bride, Jes Schnieders of West Des Moines, IA and Rachel Powers of Phoenix, AZ.
After honeymooning in Costa Rica, the couple temporarily resides in Lincoln, NE pending relocation. The bride is employed as a Dedicated Advisor with National Research Corporation in Lincoln, providing market research toward consumer perception of healthcare systems across the country. A 2004 graduate of the University of Nebraska, Jayme received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Jayme graduated from Webster City High School in 2000.

The groom completed his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May with a focus on diagnostic positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. Kiel is currently employed by Ground Fluor Pharmaceuticals which was awarded the National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation Research Grant. Kiel received his dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2008. Kiel graduated from Saint Mary's High School in O'Neill, NE in 2003.
