Ghosts, goblins and witches walked the streets of Webster City along with princesses, pirates, Spiderman and ninjas Wednesday afternoon during the merchant trick or treating event.
Participating merchants were identifies with a large orange paper pumpkin in the window. Many of the merchants set up outside on the sidewalks to greet the children.
The residential trick or treating took place from 6 to 8 p.m. Other events were also held at Southfield Wellness Community and Crestview.
