The Van Diest Medical Center board of trustees will meet today at noon to discuss the proposed new management contract with Mercy Network. The meeting will be in the hospital board room.
The trustees will also consider a resolution in support of the Hamilton County supervisors refinancing general obligation series 2009 bonds.
