On Oct. 9, Immediate Past President Leslie Kauffman presented the Kiwanian of the Year plaque to Main Street Morning Kiwanian Bill Biggins for his outstanding work for the Kiwanis year 2011-2012, most especially for his efforts in attracting new members and promoting Kiwanis throughout the community.
