To the Editor:
Whose responsibility is it to finish cleaning up the truck trailer lot south of the Boone River on North Des Moines Street? This lot is just across the road from Nokomis Park (Riverview Softball Area). This area, as I understand, most of the gravel was removed for another purpose by one of the businesses in Webster City, to a another location in another community.
This area is a real eye-sore where the remainder of the gravel has not been removed and it is being taken over by weeds. I thought we are suppose to have pride in taking care of our property in this city. It's time to clean this area up by whom ever is reaping the benefit from the material removal.
