The City of Kamrar was awarded a Build with Bags Grant from the Iowa Grocery Industry Association earlier this summer. The community used the grant money to purchase planters made from recycled plastic bags for the city park. The Kamrar Komets 4-H club leaders Lisa and Brandon Tapper helped plant them with flowers.
