The Webster City Chamber of Commerce "From How to Wow" series continues on Sept. 19 with a program entitled "Cashing in on Generational Diversity - From Culture Clash to Valuable Business Asset."
The session will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church's social hall. RSVP's are needed by Friday. The cost is $10 with lunch included in the price.
The seminar will be presented by Laura Bernstein, former president and CEO of VisionPoint and a master trainer, business executive and former business owner. She will discuss how to maximize generational differences when change occurs and discovering how generational differences impact work habits communitoation styles and motivation. Bernstein will also review how to minimize conflict and strengthen collaboration to positively influence a business' bottom line and show how to develop a plan for harnessing generational difference to improve teawork.
