Area quilters and quilt owners are being asked to display their creations, family heirlooms and quilted items of all types at the annual Webster City Quilt Show on Sept. 16.
The event is jointly sponsored by The Gingerbread House and the Webster City Medical Clinic. The show will be held at the clinic. As in past years, the quilts will be displayed throughout the clinic in hallways, offices and exam rooms. In recent years, the show has attracted as many as 400 quilts for the display, according to Karen Johnson of the Gingerbread House.
She said display items can be new or old, quilts, wall hangings, garments or decorative pieces.
