Virgil Wilcox, longtime Jewell area resident, was found dead at Little Wall Lake. Memorial services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Elim Lutheran Church in Randall. A memorial fund has been established for the United Church of Christ in Jewell.
