On Aug. 4, there will be the annual Crazy Day Sale, Art Festival and Car Show in downtown Webster City. Sales will begin at 7:30 a.m. the Art Festival is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. and the Car Show will begin at 10 a.m. with free registrations beginning at 8:30 a.m.. At 11 a.m, Tickle the Clown will do face painting and children can make crafts
