Marvin N. McCollough, 78, Apache Junction, Ariz., formerly of Webster City died July 19, 2012 at Springdale Village, Mesa, Ariz. Graveside services will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at PO Box 14, Williams, IA 50271.
He was born Aug. 9, 1933 t o Marion Maxwell and Effie (Lacey) McCollough. In 1954, he married Shirley Brown and they resided in Webster City until her death in 1991. In October 1991, he married Gail Blunt Urban and relocated to Apache Junction in 1992.
Survivors include his wife, Gail; daughter, Kathy of Williams; sons Jeff of Randall and Gene of Webster City; seven grandsons, five great-grandchildren; step-children Gary (Tammy) Urban, Malcom; Gwen Landin, Raymond; five step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.
